We make every effort to accurately represent colors and dimensions, but monitors vary and slight differences may occur. Additional photos and dimensions are available upon request.
3. Returns and Exchanges All sales are final. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. Matthew is happy to provide additional photos, dimensions, or context, and appointments are available if you'd like to see a piece in person before committing.
For shipped items, we package everything with care — but any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser to document and file directly with the carrier. We're happy to assist with photos or documentation to support your claim.
4. Shipping Shipping costs and timelines are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
5. Design Services Fees for sourcing, styling, staging, and commercial curation engagements are agreed upon in writing at the start of each project. Service fees are separate from the cost of any goods sourced or procured. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement.
6. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this site.
