Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind — antiques, vintage pieces, and curated finds — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to ask questions before you buy. Matthew is happy to provide additional photos, dimensions, or context on any piece, and appointments are always available if you'd like to see something in person before committing.

For shipped items, we package everything with care and document that they were delivered to the carrier intact — but any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser to document and file directly with the carrier. We're happy to assist with photos or documentation to support your claim.
